8 Week Yoga, Fitness, & Wellness

⟡ 3 Zoom meetings. 

⟡ Weekly emails. 

⟡ 2 Yoga classes a week ~ 1 Yin & 1 Flow. 

⟡ 2 Workouts a week ~ 15-25 minutes each class.  

⟡ 1 Breath or Meditation Class a week. 

⟡ 2 Recipes a week. This is a combination of salads, smoothies, and meals.  

⟡ An article to learn more about the focus of the week.
